Cause Analysis:
 
Ceramic tiles have few surface pores, smooth back surface, and extremely low water absorption. There are almost no micropores or pits to lock cement mortar.
The bonding material is subjected to swelling, shrinkage, thermal expansion and contraction, hardening shrinkage, construction shock and other external forces, so that there is a great interaction force between the base layer and the bonding layer.
Ordinary cement mortar or brick binder is difficult to penetrate and adhere, so the problem of hollowing and detachment often occurs.

First of all, clean the surface of the base, the base level and solid, no floating ash, no inclined oil.
According to the powder-water ratio of 4:1, add water to the binder, stir while adding water, stir to make a paste, let stand for 10 minutes, and then stir to use.
Tempered mud with jointed trowel scraping surface fixed on the base, so it is evenly distributed in a striped shape, so the bonding area increases, the air is easily removed, the coating thickness is 3mm, 6mm, and the material combined according to the coating, square and compacted, without notches in 10 minutes, can be freely adjusted.
After 24 hours, other construction can be carried out.It is suggested that CCB color mildew sealant be used in joint filler, and the effect is better.
Reference amount:
When the thickness is 3mm, the dosage of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is 2kg /m2
When the thickness is 6mm, the dosage is 4kg/m2
Preventive measures:
Ceramic tile adhesive should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, avoid damp.
When using ceramic tile adhesive, cannot adjust too much, inspect construction quantity and decide.If not used, it will agglomerate and cannot be used continuously.
Construction and storage temperature should be above 5℃.
Shelf life :12 months.
